Shipping and returns
We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days, however, as it’s all handmade, this can vary during busy periods. If there are any delays, we’ll email you to let you know, and once it’s ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email that it’s been dispatched.
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail First Class and cost £3.95. Any orders over £50 will be upgraded to recorded delivery.
International deliveries are shipped from the UK via standard airmail and cost a standard rate of £8. Please note tracking isn’t available with standard mail. Items should be with you within 5-7 days, but deliveries can take up to 21 days (for Australia and the USA).

Please note: replacements for lost packages are only guaranteed for orders shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, International Tracked and International Tracked and Signed.
Buyer is responsible for any import/custom charges.
Returns and refunds
If you want to return your order, you must get in touch within 14 working days of receiving an order or once the first attempt at delivery has been made.
Returns are only accepted for items of unworn/undamaged condition in their original box and packaging. Unfortunately, if items do not meet these criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and should return items via a recorded delivery method; lost returns cannot be refunded.
How to return an item
To request a return you must first contact us before attempting to return an order. Any items returned without contacting us first could be exempt from receiving a refund.
